Welcome to the ISIMA/LIMOS technical services documentation. This guide provides essential information for IT staff, researchers, and students accessing ISIMA and LIMOS resources.
Access Methods✯
VPN Access✯
To connect to ISIMA/LIMOS internal network, use the VPN (Virtual Private Network) service:
- OpenVPN configuration files are available at:
/services/vpn/openvpn-config/ - Kerberos authentication is required for VPN access.
Important
A valid INP account is mandatory for VPN connection.
Remote Desktop (RDP)✯
For remote graphical sessions:
- Use Guacamole web interface: https://guacamole.isima.fr
- Alternatively, connect via X2GO client:
x2goclient --session-config /path/to/config
SSH Access✯
SSH access is provided for command-line interaction:
ssh username@limos.isima.fr -p 22
Note
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is enforced for SSH connections.
